Eglon House was a special residential project in London. The house was based on 'La Maison', a famous Parisian residence from the 1920's. We manufactured, supplied and installed a number of materials to this project for both floors, walls and joinery. In the open plan living room the floor and ceiling were finished in polished concrete with exposed lighting and conduits giving the space a contemporary feel. The kitchen was built using a number of different materials including polished concrete, for the floor, wood, for the walls and stone, for the counter top. We used core smoked, end grain oak blocks to lay on the floor of one of the bedrooms and the home office. It was laid in a basket weave pattern to compliment the square shape of the windows and house.
