This residential project was for an exclusive apartment overlooking the Thames in London. We were asked to supply and install a light contemporary floor with curved wooden grilles at the glazed circular perimeter of the floors. The wide long oak boards finished with a white lye and natural lacquer, complemented the full-length windows providing the apartment with a modern minimalist feel. The grilles were made using the same woood as the flooring to ensure they became a subtle feature rather than an ugly necessity.
