Thomas Pink is a high-end retail company that produces tailored shirts for men. In 2019 we were commissioned to manufacture and install a reclaimed floor to their factory and office space. The reclaimed pine floor was fabricated from old scaffold boards into an engineered floor system. This allowed us to apply our magnetic backing system to the boards, which in turn allowed the client access to the raised access floor system as and when required. We kept the original face of the boards and applied a white wash and matt lacquer to finish. Therefore the floor looks like a reclaimed warehouse floor, whilst being technically sophisticated below the old surface.
