This unique residential project in Cadogan Square was completed in 2021 and involved a comprehensive interior fit-out for a home. The design brief was to create a space that was both vibrant and playful, while still grounded in natural materials and timeless craftsmanship.

We installed reclaimed timber flooring throughout the property, introducing warmth, texture, and sustainability into every room. Our team also delivered bespoke oak joinery in key areas including the dining room, office, spa, and bedrooms—carefully crafted to reflect both function and artistry.

In the swimming pool area, we installed polished concrete and specialist tiling, providing a sleek, durable contrast to the home’s expressive design features.

Throughout the house, we supplied and installed bespoke Corian bathrooms, featuring custom-made vanities, integrated showers, and Crittall-style screens for a refined, contemporary finish.

To bring the client’s creative vision to life, we worked closely on a number of standout elements:

– A custom-designed slide connecting the third and second floors

– Elaborate light installations to bring dynamic energy to each space

– Collaboration with a renowned street artist to produce a large-scale, custom artwork for the pool area

The reclaimed timber elements throughout the home added a natural grounding contrast to the more colourful and whimsical features—giving the clients a neutral yet characterful base to display their unique art collection.
