Eglon House was a unique residential project in London, inspired by the iconic 1920s Parisian residence ‘La Maison’. The home celebrates strong architectural lines, honest materials, and considered craftsmanship—a vision we helped bring to life through the manufacture, supply, and installation of a range of bespoke finishes across floors, walls, and joinery.

In the open-plan living area, we installed both polished concrete floors and matching concrete ceilings, complemented by exposed lighting and conduit systems. This created an intentional, raw aesthetic that gave the space a distinctly contemporary, industrial feel, while still retaining a sense of sophistication.

The kitchen featured a mix of tactile materials:

-Polished concrete flooring

-Natural wood wall panelling

-A stone countertop, offering a clean yet grounded finish

Elsewhere in the property, we introduced core-smoked, end grain oak blocks, laid in a basket weave pattern across a bedroom and the home office. This distinctive flooring choice was both visually striking and architecturally harmonious—echoing the geometric lines of the home’s square-framed windows and overall form.

Every element was carefully selected and crafted to reflect the home’s architectural inspiration while providing a timeless, tactile backdrop for modern living.
