Upper Cheyne Row Residence

Upper Cheyne Row – Luxury Residential Flooring Project in Chelsea, London

Located on the iconic Millionaires’ Row in Chelsea, London, Upper Cheyne Row is a high-end residential project that beautifully merges historic architecture with contemporary design. This unique property was once an architect’s studio, built on the former site of St Thomas More Church. The original rear wing of the church—damaged during World War II—has been thoughtfully preserved and integrated into the new structure, creating a stunning blend of old and new.

Bespoke Wide Oak Plank Flooring & Wooden Staircases

We were commissioned to design, manufacture, and install traditional wide oak plank flooring throughout the property. The light oak floors feature neutral undertones, offering a timeless and elegant base that complements both modern and classic interiors.

To enhance the flow and cohesion of the home, we used the same oak material for the bespoke wooden staircase, ensuring consistency in tone and texture across all levels. This approach not only elevated the aesthetic but also reinforced the design unity of the space.

Craftsmanship Meets Heritage

Our team specialises in luxury wood flooring installations in London’s most prestigious homes. For Upper Cheyne Row, our craftsmanship helped bridge the gap between the building’s rich heritage and its modern renovation. The result is a beautifully balanced interior—classic, yet contemporary.
