Upper Grosvenor – Bespoke Parquet and Wood Flooring in a Luxury London Residence

The Upper Grosvenor project was a high-end residential commission in central London, where we were tasked with the design, manufacture, and installation of a variety of premium flooring solutions. Spanning multiple spaces and styles, this project showcased our ability to merge contemporary finishes with timeless parquet craftsmanship—all tailored to suit the interior’s elegant and modern aesthetic.

Contemporary Wood Flooring in Contrasting Tones

Two distinct contemporary plank floors were created in contrasting finishes:

– A light-toned wood with cool undertones, which enhanced the openness and calm of selected rooms

– A dark-toned wood with warm undertones, adding depth and richness to the more intimate spaces

Though contrasting in colour and mood, both flooring styles contributed to the luxurious, cohesive design of the home, working harmoniously with the modern furnishings and architectural details.

Traditional Parquet de Versailles – A Statement in the Living Room

In the main living room, we installed a striking Parquet de Versailles floor—a classic, French-inspired design known for its intricate pattern and historical elegance. With its warm undertones, this traditional parquet offered a stunning contrast to the cooler-toned walls and furniture, becoming a statement piece that grounded the space and added a sense of grandeur.

Teak Flooring in the Swimming Pool Area

For the indoor swimming pool, we installed natural teak wood flooring—chosen for its exceptional durability, natural water resistance, and refined appearance. This material brought both function and style to the wet area, ensuring long-term performance without compromising on aesthetics.
