Stable Street – Bespoke Joinery & Sustainable Fit-Out for London Office

Completed in 2021, the Stable Street project was a dynamic commercial fit-out for a contemporary office building in London. We were commissioned to design, manufacture, and install a range of bespoke joinery elements and surface finishes, blending innovative design with sustainable materials.

Arrival Coffee Point – Terrazzo from Reclaimed Materials

At the office entrance, we created a striking arrival coffee point, built using a unique blend of reclaimed brick, slate, and chimney pots. These materials were formed into large terrazzo sections, designed to appear as a single homogenous structure, providing a sculptural and sustainable focal point to welcome visitors and staff.

Café Bar – Eco Resin & Seamless Dining Surface

We also manufactured a distinctive café bar, crafted using green eco-resin and flint. The unit featured rounded edges and a seamless finish, offering a modern and functional surface for communal dining while emphasising sustainable design.

Reclaimed Timber Flooring with Magnetic Backing

The building’s original timber flooring was carefully lifted and recycled. We reinstalled it in a unique new pattern, integrating a magnetic backing system to work with the raised access flooring—combining practicality with reclaimed beauty.

Offcuts and leftover timber were not wasted; instead, they were repurposed into two bespoke meeting tables, featuring irregular timber fragments and additional hand-brushed copper elements salvaged from the entrance panelling and lift interior.

Copper Detailing – Statement Finishes with Design Continuity

To create a bold visual statement, we installed pure copper entrance panelling with a hand-brushed finish. Copper was also used as an accent material throughout the office, integrated into various pieces of joinery and flooring to create a consistent, refined aesthetic across the space.

Cement Panels & Custom Colour Walls

In the reception area and collaborative zones, we installed large-format cement panels with magnetic backing, combining industrial texture with flexible functionality. For the meeting rooms and audio walls, we applied cement boards in a custom red/terracotta colour, adding warmth and identity to the interior.
