Bespoke Joinery, Metalwork & Interior Elements | Completed Refurbishment

As part of the recent refurbishment of the Mondrian Hotel, we were commissioned to deliver a number of high-impact, bespoke interior elements across the public and guest-facing spaces. This ambitious project combined craftsmanship, material innovation, and full-service delivery—from design and drawing through to fabrication and installation.

At the heart of the scheme is a custom bar, combining copper, mirror, natural stone, skip-sawn oak, and Spanish tiles—designed to be both sculptural and functional, with a striking palette of texture and tone. Complementing this, we also installed a kitchen pass crafted from copper, oak, and stone, maintaining consistency in material and detailing.

The reception area showcases a number of standout bespoke elements, including:

– A reception desk made from fluted concrete and blackened metal

– A dramatic reception wall featuring acid-treated copper, antique and sandblasted mirrors

– Specialist art installations on the upper level, curated to complete the visual experience

Elsewhere in the hotel, our scope included:

– Lollipop lights and mirrors in the Photobox room

– Copper multidimensional ceiling rafts

– Liquid copper kidney-shaped ceiling rafts

– Arched exterior mirrors with blackened metal frames

– Custom leather and fabric banquette seating, designed for comfort and durability

This project reflects our ability to combine technical execution with creative vision, handling every aspect from early-stage development to final installation. Every detail was carefully considered and delivered to the highest standard, reinforcing the Mondrian Hotel’s reputation for contemporary luxury and design excellence.
